Single Kick
A Single Kick deck has a flat nose and just a single Kicktail on the tail end. The majority of freestylers prefer Double Kick decks, but a Single Kick does have its advantages; mainly being that Caspers and Finger Flips are much easier to do on a flat nose and Railflips tend to spin faster with more revolutions.
The primary disadvantages (or annoyances) of a Single Kick is that you have to account for the different kicks when doing Walk The Dogs and Shove-It Tricks where you could be landing with the flat nose in the back. This doesn't feel very comfortable and your back foot can tend to slip off.

A good example picture of a Single Kick is the Powell Peralta Kevin Harris Mountie Re-Issue Deck.
