Design
The Decomposed Ray Meyer BW Skippy Deck is a larger Double Kick version of the Decomposed Ray Meyer Spooky Deck.
Graphics
The graphics feature art by Crab Scrambly and is a spoof of the original Santa Cruz graphics by Jim Phillips. The graphics are very similar, but Ray is portrayed as an older and more spooky version of himself. This deck has the same graphics as the Decomposed Ray Meyer Spooky Deck, only in black & white.
