| Graphics | Features two martial artists fighting over the last tuna sandwich in the vending machine. One ripped bare-chested guy is straddling the other guy, beating him to a pulp, while the bottom guy holds his arms up in defense. The background is filled with diagonal yellow and black stripes. "OUTLOOK SKATEBOARDS KEITH RENNA" is printed in bold uppercase red letters inside the yellow stripes above the fighters. "FLATLAND PRO MODEL" is printed in the yellow stripes below. The second issue had the opposite colors, with red stripes and yellow letters. |

The first issue of this deck was available between August 2004 and February 2005. The second issue, with the red and black striped colorway, was released in October 2005 and sold out around February 2007. A third issue, the OutLook Keith Renna X-Team Rider Pro Model Deck, was released in April 2007.
