The Heliflip is an obscure, half-forgotten old-school freestyle trick, recently rejuvenated by Tony Gale. This unique maneuver is a little hard to describe, but I guess you could say it sort of an old-school Kickflip Bigspin, but with a foot grab instead of a flip on the axis. To break it down, you start off rolling forward in your basic Kickflip foot position. You wind up for the 180 body varial, jump up and pinch the board between your feet for about 3/4 of the 360 degree lateral board rotation. Then you leg go of the board and land Fakie.
