The original Burley Tommy Harward Pro Flatland Wheels were available from August 2003 to April 2004. In June of 2004 a limited edition of these wheels was issued in Carolina blue, which matched the Caroline blue color version of the OutLook Tommy Harward Pro Freestyle Model Deck. These wheels are the same as the Burley Flatland Wheels, just with different graphics.
