A Heelside Railstand is where you stand on the side edge of the board with the grip tape facing toward your back and your wheels facing forward. This position is usually used as a segue into other rail or flip tricks.
Figure 01 - Start with your left (front) foot lined up along the left side (outside edge) of the board and with your right (back) foot hanging about halfway off of the right side (inside edge) of the board, over the rear wheels.

Figure 02 - Bend your knees a bit and then push down with your left (front) foot, and at the same time, with your right (back) foot, pull back and guide the board to rail while rolling the foot forward to meet the rear wheel.

Getting Out
Figure 06 - Bend your knees a bit and jump up slightly while pushing forward on the wheels with both feet (or just one of your feet), enough so that the board will fall back down onto the wheels.

Tips
Higher trucks will give you better stability for Railstands.
