A Heelside Railstand is where you stand on the side edge of the board with the grip tape facing toward your back and your wheels facing forward. This position is usually used as a segue into other rail or flip tricks.
Higher trucks will give you better stability for Railstands.
Offset wheels are also a must for Rail tricks. They will protect your axles and give you better stability. For a list of freestyle wheels see Wheel Specifications or Freestyle Wheels.
