Among so many things, Stefan "Lillis" Åkesson kept freestyle alive during the dark ages of freestyle. He founded the International Network for Flatland Freestyle Skateboarding (INFFS) in the mid 1990's and was co-founder and president of the WFSA. He also produced a small magazine/fanzine called Flatline.
