	17	"It's A Set-Up": Features pictures of Steve Rocco's Sims Skateboards setup, a mug shot and a flip trick on a street. Steve Rocco explains his freestyle setup. Key Takaways: He uses Axle Washers to make his wheels flush with the end of his board so it stands straight up and down in Railstand. He uses Skid Plates and says the best way to install them is to screw them on with wood screws from the top down. He prefers and recommends Powell Peralta skids. (Note: Turi Zoltan also mounts his skids this way.) He files his grip tape so it doesn't peal at the edges. He keeps his rails rounded so that the chances of structural damage are a lot slimer. He places Grip Tape on the bottom of his boards right near the skid plate for Caspers. He finds that this helps him keep his foot in place and makes his tricks most effective.
