A '''No-Handed 50/50''' is the No-Handed brother of the regular [[50/50]]. Just like the regular 50/50, you most commonly get into it from a nose stop. You place your back foot under the deck in-between the trucks and lift the deck vertically. As the board reaches a little past a vertical position, rest your rear foot onto the truck and as deck comes over slide your front foot up under the grip tape side of the deck, until your front foot stops just below the nose, and you come to rest at a natural balancing point. Once balanced, you should be able to hold it for a second or so before doing a half-flip out, or other transitional trick. The whole process should be one fluid motion without touching your feet on the ground.
