The Tuck Knee Nose Wheelie is a Nose Wheelie Variation where the skater tucks his knee to the point where it's touching the board. A Spacewalk Variation is also possible.
It is worth noting that most of the skating world refer to this trick as a Manual, but orthodox freestylers will always refer to this as a Wheelie.
